Financing
*Financing is provided by a third-party lender under terms arranged by customer and lender, subject to credit requirements. Not all buyers may qualify. Any terms displayed herein are terms that may be offered by a third-party lender subject to that lender’s underwriting requirements. New Bath Today does not provide financing, nor does New Bath Today offer credit or conduct any retail installment sales. New Bath Today is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or associated rates, of any applicable financing.

Warranty
*New Bath Today warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, New Bath will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. New Bath’s warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. The foregoing warranty is contingent upon the Customer having paid all amounts due and owing to New Bath pursuant to this Agreement. The warranty is not transferrable. Merchandise and materials are covered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s warranty, if any. The only warranty provided by New Bath is the express warranty set forth herein. New Bath disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
